How do I unclog a newspaper from a snow blower?

Posted by admin on July 13th, 2010 and filed under newspaper | 3 Comments »

I ran over my newspaper snowblowing in about 6" of snow. It is completely jammed. Any thoughts?

If you have heated porch or garage put it there until all the snow melts out of auger, by that time the paper should just about fall apart with little effort, If you don’t have a heated area to do this then you will just have to pick away at it.Make sure machine is completely off. Then disengage auger and propeller, and start working everything backwards.

What is the best way to preserve a newspaper article?

A relative of mine was featured in a newspaper article a few years ago, and I saved the newspaper, but the ink is beginning to fade. Should I laminate it or just frame it or is there something else I should do?

Scan it into your computer and enhance the contrast. Save it on several drives.

What are some good newspaper articles for an economics assignment?

Posted by admin on July 7th, 2010 and filed under newspaper | 2 Comments »

I need to write papers on 10 economic newspaper articles, but I’m having trouble find some good ones. What would be some good ones to use?

I have some really good articles…but I can’t find my old economics folder. It’s packed away from moving home from college. sad day.

However, if you have access to JSTOR or Business Source Premier, this would be an invaluable source and a great start for your search. These are databases that contain loads of articles that you can search by subject and keywords. For example, you could search "economics outsourcing" or something like that.

Search for articles based on your interests, and your sure to find great papers that will be interesting to write about. If you need help for topics, I would suggest outsourcing, the WTO, trade (restrictions for imports, etc.), etc. International economics is an interesting subject and it’s ALWAYS in the news, so it should be easy to find.

Good luck!

The most under-reported media news story of 2008. Why has Obama spent over 800K on a team of lawyers to keep his long-form birth certificate sealed? Would the long-form birth certificate reveal that is not qualified to be President of the United States per the US Constitution? If yes, would all his executives orders, all that he signed to law to date become null & void? This is the true teflon President able to keep by far the largest Constitutional Crisis our great nation has faced under wraps with the blessings of the media elitist.
